Leap Year Poem

I love little ways to remember things, whether it be word association, poems or whatever. The number of days in each month has various ways to be remembered, but the first two lines of this poem has been learnt by heart many years a go. This is the first time I have seen the full poem. I share for you to enjoy.

Leap Year Poem
by Mother Goose

Thirty days hath September,
April, June and November.
All the rest have thirty-one,
Excepting February alone,
And that has twenty-eight days clear
And twenty-nine in each leap year.
